Winner of the 2025 Latin Grammy Award for “Best Jazz Album,” Brazilian mandolinist Hamilton de Holanda is one of the most prominent figures in contemporary Brazilian music. Together with his trio, he presents a unique musical project that sensitively blends jazz with the rich tradition of Brazilian styles. An exceptional experience full of emotion, elegance, and temperament.

Mirla Riomar grew up in Salvador da Bahia, surrounded by Afro-Brazilian traditions that shaped her dance and singing. After years of collaborating with other artists, she settled in Barcelona and launched her own project. Thanks to her powerful voice and authentic presence, she now performs at international festivals, blending tradition with a modern sound.

Ritmo Factory Big Show

Ritmo Factory is a modern drumming show that performs rhythms from all over the world in their own original style. They are heavily inspired by Brazil, South America, and samba. Together with other dancers and capoeira artists, they present an energetic and stylish dance and drumming show.

Carnival parade

We want to liven up the streets of Brno like no one else. Joy, energy, temperament, and exotic vibes will pulse through the city. Together with hundreds of dancers, drummers, capoeira artists, and other performers, we will enjoy a carnival parade through the center of Brno. There will also be a carnival float. You can look forward to new sections in the parade and plenty of other novelties and surprises.

Dance Show

We invite you to a unique Dance Show featuring all the dance groups of the festival. You will see a vibrant palette of Brazilian dances, and of course, samba is a must! Let yourself be carried away by the rhythm, colors, and passion that will make the entire square dance!

MADDU

Maddu is a Brazilian singer-songwriter who has been living in Portugal since 2019. Her work is deeply rooted in her Brazilian northeastern heritage, authentically capturing the intensity of life, its joys, disappointments, and complexities in her songs. Thanks to her poetic lyrics and powerful, energetic stage presence, she can captivate the entire audience.

Ely Janoville 4tet

Ely Janoville is a versatile Brazilian guitarist and composer living in Lisbon, whose work blends Brazilian roots with modern influences. Leading his quartet, he delivers an energetic sound full of rhythmic variety, where traditional Latin American elements naturally meet modern fusion and improvisation.

A broad range of workshops, games, and fun attractions awaits them, sparking both imagination and smiles. Join us and experience a magical day filled with carnival atmosphere!
